<\/font>Dear Senators:<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/font>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I am a producer of classical music concerts and a promoter of classical artists cooperating with prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, St. Patrick\u2019s Cathedral, just to name a few; formerly General Music Director of the Polish Singers Alliance of America and Canada. I have owned and run Music Education Center for the last 25 years and I currently work with two Polish choruses in New York and Philadelphia.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/font>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As a citizen of the United States with Polish origins and almost thirty years of hard work for the Polish-American community in New York, I would like to ask you all: \u201cWhat kind of democracy do you preach?\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/font>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Senator McCain, in 2008 I voted for you believing that as the President you will defend democracy and the Constitution and now I see that you attack the newly and very democratically elected government of Poland.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/font>Your letter to the Prime Minister of Poland proves three things:<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/font>1 \u2013 You have no idea what happened in Poland in the fall of 2015 (lawfully and democratically elected new Polish Government).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/font>2 – You have no idea what was happening in Poland within the last eight years.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/font>3 – You are being manipulated by people of KOD (The Committee for the Defense of Democracy), which is one of the most paranoid organizations. If there was no democracy in Poland, those people would not be allowed to protest on the streets and would be arrested and repressed. Nothing like that happens to them. So, what they are actually defending\u2026?<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/font>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Senators, I want to put it very simple:\u00a0 <\/span>If you did not react to what the former government did about the Constitutional Tribunal in June 2015, you should not lecture Madam Prime Minister, Beata Szyd\u0142o about democracy; if you did not do anything regarding the Smolensk Crash investigation, you should leave Poland\u2019s Government alone and let it do what it should do.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/font>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I deeply believe that you will withdraw your letter and will not interfere with the actions of the lawfully and democratically elected Polish Government, whose aim is to realize all the promises given to \u201cThe People\u201d during the election campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n

Senatorze McCain in 2008 roku, gdy by\u0142 Pan kandydatem na Prezydenta USA, odda\u0142em na Pana m\u00f3j g\u0142os, maj\u0105c nadziej\u0119, \u017ce b\u0119dzie Pan broni\u0142 demokracji i Konstytucji, a teraz widz\u0119, \u017ce atakuje Pan legalnie i demokratycznie wybrany rz\u0105d w Polsce.<\/span><\/p>\n

List Pan\u00f3w udowadnia trzy rzeczy:<\/span><\/p>\n

1 \u2013 Nie maj\u0105 Panowie \u017cadnego rozeznania, co si\u0119 sta\u0142o w Polsce jesieni\u0105, 2015 roku. (demokratycznie i w poszanowaniu prawa wybrano nowy rz\u0105d<\/em>).<\/span><\/p>\n

2 \u2013 Nie maj\u0105 Panowie \u017cadnego rozeznania, co si\u0119 dzia\u0142o w Polsce przez ostatnie osiem lat.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 \u2013 Jeste\u015bcie, Panowie manipulowani przez ludzi z KOD, – jednej z najbardziej paranoidalnych organizacji. Je\u015bli w Polsce nie by\u0142oby demokracji, to ci ludzie nie mieliby prawa demonstrowa\u0107 na ulicach; byliby aresztowani i represjonowani. Nic takiego si\u0119 im nie dzieje. Wi\u0119c czego oni w\u0142a\u015bciwie broni\u0105\u2026? <\/span><\/p>\n
